I am trying to find spice model for LMC555.
If anyone has relevant files/links, please let me know.

I am not with it, what is a "spice model"? Do you perhaps mean specs (specifications?)
The LMC555 is a CMOS version of the 555 and operates up to 3MHz.

Depends on your simulator
http://www.ti.com/product/tlc555 There are spice models for the TLC555 that go up to 2MHz for several simulators
