Help identify TO-220 device: LC2K9 K9536 B11R6

I have a TO-220 solid state device package marked with these three identifiers I am trying to find:

LC2K9 K9536 B11R6

So far, web searches do not turn up where I can find replacements or what the ratings are. They are used in a 48V LED repeater:

Can anyone help me get the specs on the TO-220 devices used in this unit? I can order a new one cheap enough but also want to know the power rating to determine if I can push the device a bit harder than specified if using a larger heat sink.
