Looking for transformer turns ratio 1:50 secondary output 3

I am looking for a transformer with a turns ratio of 1:50. Secondary 3kV.
You will find those things in an Electronic Dog Colar.

However I need an off the shelf product. Who knows a manufacturer and type number?
