Hantek 6082BE USB Oscilloscope

Postby ggbc11 » Sat May 25, 2013 7:39 am

I'm working on SPWM project that has a carrier frequency of ~4.9KHz with a target frequency of 50Hz.

I think I've reached a limitation in computer simulation software and would like to start building the project physically. To test the output I need an oscilloscope, I was thinking of a USB PC based as they are cheaper and portable (as I work away a lot).

Hantek 6082BE - 80MHz, 250MS/s, 64K sample memory ~£140

Do the clever people on here think this would be a suitable choice for my project? If not can you suggest any better alternatives?

I've got the Hantek DSO-2090 USB version with 40MHz bandwidth, and it's a very good scope. It has done everything I wanted, and I have not found it lacking in anything. The version you are interested in seems to use similar software.

If you download the software and the manual, I think you will get a feel for it.

If I were you, I would definitely go for it.
