relay tripping/clicking

im new with elec repairs,i have a problem with nec fe770 bk monitor,its relay always clicking and my monitor going on and off,my problem is how to test a relay or can i test it with my multitester

you can test with a multimeter but i cant see it being the relay itself, you need to look further afeild
