I cannot find any information about the stk0765. Have you got any details of it?
Like, what is it? What are its operating conditions?

its an advanced power mosfet for pc giant crt monitor heres a link for a datasheet http://www.alldatasheet.net/datasheet-pdf/pdf/202921/AUK/STK0765BF.html im desperate,its seems electronic shop in our country doest sell or dont have any auk parts,is there a way for
a substitute parts?

The IRFW830B shown at the bottom of the page of your Alldata link, may be OK. But it is rated at 500Vmax, whereas the STK is rated at 650V.
