measuring current

Postby kripzzz » Fri Jan 06, 2012 7:13 pm

i need an IC to sense current of range 0-8 micro ampere of resolution 9 nano ampere.. it is then required to measure that current..

Is there sense resistor in the circuit you want to measure on? Or how are you going to interface to the circuit under test?

i'm going interface using an I2C.. actually i'm not sure if to use a current sensor or anything else..

I'm thinking an opamp with high input impedance, with the output connected to an A/D converter with I2C interface.
What kind of circuit or component do you want to measure the current in?
