Equivalent suggestion needed

Postby debasisswan » Wed Jul 13, 2011 3:40 pm

Hi friends,

Could you please suggest equivalent of BD131 and BD132? I need them for a hobby project. a ultrasonic generator using 555, claimed to be useful to drive away stray dogs.

I did not find any datasheet for BD131 or 132.

Thanks in advance-

Awesome... , Welcome.
I have deleted your duplicate posting to the 'Newbies' forum because electric parts belong here in this one.

That said, you should have started your own topic labelled 'BD679 equivalent wanted', not just tacked your request on to the end of someone else's topic.

When looking for equivalents, it is always best to Google for an answer first. If you had done so then you would have seen a link to the OnSemi site that stated that a replacement for the BD679 is one of the MJE800 range. You can get the data sheets for them all at
'www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheet/xxx'
as shown in the posting above yours.
