Part identification

Hi.
I'm in a bit of a pickle. I blew a resistor on a friends car stereo and can't work out which type it is.
It's the melted one in the pic. I've measured it as 2.0 x 1.0mm but the two closest dimensions are 0603 (1.5 x 0.08mm) and 0805 (2.0 x 1.3mm).

My best guess is 0805. Or should I just get both?
Thanks.
:)

If you get a 0805 it will just overhang the sides of the pads a little bit. Since the board has a solder mask, it doesn't really matter. It looks like those pads in the picture are a little wide anyway, so I'm pretty sure 0805 will work perfectly.

And another..?

Okay, I have a new one for you!
This is a component on a board out of a cigarette lighter + USB adapter.
It's copper-coloured inside with 4 black lines that run around the circumference, the body is about 4mm long with a clear plastic housing that has O, backwards E, C on one line and S (or maybe 5), T below.
Anybody have any idea what is and how to obtain specifications?
