I need a direction to implement my project.
- I need a circuit which measures blood flow rate in veins of wrist wirelessly. Kindly help out.

So do you need the biometric circuit or the wireless circuit, or both?
May we assume also assume you mean...non-invasively. ;)
Is external pulse pressure what you're thinking?
