Hi,I need help to solve the two circuits using kvl.for the 1st circuit i.e circuit 1,calculate the amount of voltage between points A and B,considering polarity as well as magnitude, and for circuit 2,calculate the amount of voltage between A and B considering polarity as well as magnitude

The two circuits are identical. Is this homework?

The solution is easily calculated by the combining the resistance of two resistors in parallel, then adding the remaining resistors. Then calculating the voltage with Ohms Law.
