if i used 1uf 400v capacitor in place of 0.22uf 400v what is the result or should it effect on output tell the diffrence between both capacitor

That depends on the circuit where you change the capacitor's value.
Can you post the circuit?

Tell me one more what is the differance between X rated and y rated capacitor and which one is good
