Most efficient LED circuit with batteries

Postby kostaras14 » Tue Jun 17, 2014 1:21 am

I need to create an efficient LED circuit with 3x1.2v batteries and with 3000mAh capacity.
I need maximum number of LEDs and this circuit to work at least 10h.Any suggestions?
Vf=3.2v and If=20mA.

What you need is a Joule thief circuit. lasersaber's #2 works well. just run multiple leds in series. never in parallel with JT circuits. if you get stuck or have some questions just pm me
