pedestrian crossing circuit

pedestrian crossing circuit?!!!!?
My project will be having a button in siganl A ( for crossing the road). When this buton is pressed 5 seconds later the main signal B ( the big signal for cars) will turn red and after 2 seconds signal A will turn green for 10 seconds along with a beeping sound. When the 10 seconds are over it turns into red and the beeps stop. 2 seconds later the signal B turns green again.
And its connected to a PV system which means the system works with solar energy.
My question is, how do I design a timer circuit for the signals I know I need components such as ic 555 , resistors and much more.
what will be the circuit design and which components do i need
