Need urgent help.

I was searching for ir led receiver of 2 terminal.but they have given me a 3 terminal one.Now how to rig up a circuit that provides me 5 volts when no light is falling on it.And provides 0 volt when ir light is falling on it.Please help me by giving me the circuit diagram...
