Newb circuit help needed

Morning all. Im a self confessed electronics dunce and hoped that there might be a helpful soul here who can assist.

Ive retrofitted a Coolant Level Sensor into my car. The unit produces a 0.01 volt pulse when the coolant is low. I need to make this a visible signal on the dash.

Any ideas?
