LED matrix board

LED matrix board

I want to make LED dot matrix (10x200) and (16x120) to be used as a moving light display. (I have ready built controller unit which can drive up to maximum 2048 pixles and up to 30 fps. I will design the PCB. I want only configuration.
72 yr old, retired person and electronic hobbiest.
