5v ac with 400 hz and 500ma current

hi,

can any one help me or provide some tips to design a circuit which takes 12v dc input and produces output of 5v ac with 400hz frequency and 500ma current.

Its urgent.

Hi James,

Check out this circuit:

You would need to replace T1.
