Drunk money compartment

Hi all!

I am a electronics newbie that have a special request for you.
I can use a soldering iron but I cannot design my own circuits, so I need your help!

I want to give my pal a special gift.
He is a bit "loose on his wallet" when having too much to drink so I want to give him a contraption that works like this:
It is a box with a bent steel rod attached to the front.
You need to follow the rod with a steel loop without touching the rod.
To start, you touch a metal nail and a yellow "Go" LED is lit up
To finish you touch another metal nail and a green "Open hatch" LED is lit up.
When you touch the rod by accident, a red "Restart" LED is lit up.

When the green LED is touched, a solenoid actuator is also releasing a hatch on the side of the box, rewarding my pal with the money.
The actuator and green LED should be active in 10 seconds to give enough time to open the hatch.

The circuit should be driven by a 9V battery and have as few components as possible
I reckon this is a rather simple circuit for you electronics wizards out there.

Looking forward to any help or a link to a similar circuit

Interesting idea, but I hesitate to build anything that might be torn apart by a drunk looking to get more money for booze.
(Also why I don't do Battlebots - I don't spend hours creating something just to see it destroyed.)

How I *would* do it though, I can advise on. I would combine the following two items. They have exactly the functions you are needing, they just need to be MacGyver'd together. The code is two digits, let the first one be the "start" button, the end of the maze be the second number contact point, and the wire in-between be any other number that will reset the lock. runs Safe runs off 4 AA's , the Buzz Wire game, i dont know.

Who knows? with enough incentive, I might be willing to tackle something like this, if I can find the parts lying around my room somewhere. \
