I think that my girlfriend is cheating on me with a old boy friend of hers. I think that she meets him at his house and parks her car in his garage. I would like to build a small transponder to put on her car. I also want to build an interrogator that will let me know if her car is parked in his garage. I can get to within 25 yards of his garage (i.e. the street). I thought of just hard wiring a small low power FM transmitter onto her battery. Looking for off the shelf components if possible. The garage is wood so there should not be much attenuation. Any help of suggestions are appreciated.
